Myanmar Andaman Resort (MAR) is located on Khayinkwa or
Khoyingwa or Fork (Macleod/McLeod) Island in Mergui
Archipelago, Southern part of Myanmar (Burma) at Latitude 10
10' and Longitude 97 58' and 40 nautical miles from
Kawthaung (Victoria Point) and Ranong, Thailand and 160
nautical miles from Myeik (Mergui).
We have been to the Island since its conception in 2004 and
we are the first to set foot on this virgin island. We have
surveyed around the island and found the best trekking
routes and island hopping routes near the island. For detail

Myanmar Andaman Resort (now Managed by famous German Resort
Management) is designed to meet the requirements of those
who love to enjoy sun, sand, sea and nature on the beach /

Booking
Procedure:
To confirm a booking a deposit of 30% is required
for total reserved room nights and must be paid 60 days
in advance. Reservations cannot be held without a
Deposit. The remaining balance must be paid no later
than 7 days before arrival. If the booking is made
within 30 days, full payment is required in advance to
confirm the booking.
Cancellation Fee Policy:
If reservations are cancelled or amended (reducing
the no. of room / night) before arrival date
30-15 days 30% will be charged for transfer,
accommodation and dive prices.
14-08 days 60% will be charged for transfer,
accommodation and dive prices.
07-00 days 100% will be charged for transfer,
accommodation and dive prices.
